John Welcom is one of the most experienced life settlement brokers in the United States, working exclusively in the secondary market since 1993. Mr. Welcom founded Welcome Funds Inc. in January 2000 to educate life insurance consumers on the life settlement option. Welcome Funds has since grown into one of the largest and most active nationally licensed life settlement brokerages in the industry. Welcome Funds provides professional representation to life settlement consumers & their advisors, as well as institutional portfolio owners, and negotiates directly with every major life settlement provider in the secondary market in an effort to secure the highest sales value. Since 2000, the firm has traded more than $5.25+ Billion in face value and provided over $1 Billion in settlement proceeds to clients.

John is currently serving a five year term on the Board of Directors of the Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA), the industry's oldest and largest trade association. He graduated from the University of Miami in 1993 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Economics and holds numerous life producer and life settlement broker licenses throughout the U.S., as well as the Series 6, 26, 63, and 99 securities licenses.
